Must understand financial terms such as IRA, ROTH, 401K, 403B, Equities, Bonds, ect.
They must have a professional speaking voice and be comfortable asking qualifying questions over the phone.
Must be highly motivated, organized, be able to work independently with a solid work ethic.

Retirement Concierge Specialist:
Contact and qualify leads by making outbound telephone calls with the goal of scheduling highly qualified appointments for our Retirement Planners.
Telemarketing Representative Job Duties:
Schedules advisor appointments with prospective clients by making outgoing calls and answering returning calls; operating telephone equipment, customer relationship management (CRM) system; and other telecommunications technologies.
Influences prospective clients to schedule appointments by following prepared call flow.
Document call activity via data entry into customer relationship management (CRM).
Maintains database (CRM) by entering and verifying data (i.
e.
, tasks, workflows, etc.
) Keep equipment operational by following manufacturers instructions and established procedures; nothing supervisor of needed repairs.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains technical knowledge by completing internal training.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
