Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to end-users - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues - Assist with network administration tasks, including LAN troubleshooting and configuration - Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner and escalate issues as needed - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures - Document all support activities in the ticketing system (Datto,Autotask,ITGlue) - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
Experience:
- Previous experience in a help desk or customer service role is preferred - Strong knowledge of IT support principles and practices - Familiarity Windows Server operating systems - Understanding of computer networking concepts - Ability to quickly troubleshoot hardware and software issues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with Datto,Autotask and/or ITGlue a bonus - Clean Driving Record Note:
