We are expanding our staff to keep up with the booming RV industry and are seeking an ambitious concierge to join our team.
Job Description This position is responsible for performing the orientation walk thru for all RV's sold and presented to the purchasing customer.
Educating the customer on how to operate and use their new RV, answer any questions customers may have during the walk thru process as well as after and/or direct them to the proper team member for answers.
Coordinate with clean-up and service department on customer pickups Adherence to dealership policy on customer vehicle care.
Keep the supervisor informed of all problems and potential problems.
Close up and secure the RV so that it is ready for transit.
Qualifications Excellent customer service focus and experience is a MUST Ability to listen and understand the customer's needs Exceptional communication skills Ability to handle several appointments and customers with ease Comfortable and confident in learning all makes/models of RV's and travel trailers (including but not limited to technology) Capable to being exposed to the weather during inspections that may take an hour
Professional appearance and attire is a must Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED Some experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
